Life jackets: available for boat passengers on site (please note: use only without ice, life jackets are not buoyancy aids and should only be used in an emergency).

§ Additional loading of people outside the boat dock is not allowed

§ Disembarking from the boat outside the boat dock is prohibited

§ The bathing area may not be used and is marked with buoys

§ People who are under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to drive

§ The use of the boats is at your own risk

§ The renter is liable for damage or loss of the boats and accessories

§ Tenants under the age of 18 may only drive with written permission from their legal guardian

§ Children under the age of 16 may only ride when accompanied by an adult

§ Fire and naked flames are prohibited on the boats

§ No liability for lost items

§ Minimum distance to shore approx. 10 meters

§ Minimum distance to other boats approx. 5 meters

§ Fishing from the boats is not allowed

§ If the boat is returned earlier, the rental price cannot be refunded

§ Each boat user must be able to swim or wear a life jacket

§ An adult supervisor is required for group trips by students under the age of 18
